We are talking about a yoga position which will relax you and help you get rid of the pain. If your working position is related with sitting in front of the computer or you just sit a lot during your work time after certain time you will feel unpleasantness and pain especially in the back.
To get rid of the pain and for this simple yoga position which last for 2 min all you need is belt. It is very simple yoga position and you don’t need to worry if you don’t succeed to do it from the first attempt.
Lay on your back with knees bent. Then straighten up and lift your right leg at an angle of 90 degrees and put the belt on the foot and hold.
If it is hard for you to do this than lift your foot from the floor under a bigger angle, as much as you can, but be careful your leg always to be straightened up.
Do the same with your left lef.
Repeat the exercise but this time with straightened up led on the floor. Try to breath deep all the time and this will relax you additionally.
